Inventory Management
Inventory management is a core practice area for On-Point. In the past 12 years,
we have completed over 20 major engagements for companies of all sizes including:
Bausch & Lomb, Sherwin Williams, and Anchor Foods .
Inventory management can be readily understood by calculating inventory standards
using the model shown on the exhibit. The analytical tools On-Point employs are
very helpful in quantifying the key drivers. Simulation modeling will measure the
balance between inventory investment, cost and service.
